Remembrance Day
Remembrance Day is commemorated each year on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month and is a special day we celebrate with all Australians who care about the sacrifices that our young men made on the fields of battle overseas.
Our Rotary Club honours all the ANZACs (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) as well as the many Australians throughout our short history who served our country with their mates, thought of their families back home and wanted to serve bravely for our country.
On this day, we recognise their determination, courage, selflessness and preparedness to put their lives on the line to ensure freedom and prosperity are enjoyed by all Australians.
